Overview

OVERVIEW

Leadership development has been highlighted consistently at multiple platforms by President or Chairpersons and Heads of Secretariat of Trade Associations and Chambers (TACs) as a key area that TACs would like to invest in to ensure that they can develop and retain secretariat leaders to lead TACs of the future.

Led by the Singapore Business Federation (SBF) and supported by Enterprise Singapore (EnterpriseSG), the TAC Fellowship Programme (TFP) for leadership development aims to uplift the competencies and capabilities of TAC leaders and build up a pipeline of next-generation leaders to helm secretariats of TACs in Singapore.
